Alato Petroleum launched professional training programme for operation technicians
24 October 2021 AKSAI, West Kazakhstan Oblast, 24 October 2021 — Alato Petroleum LLP announced the launch of a professional training programme for electrical technicians and instrumentation technicians. Based on the selection results, a group of 20 people including recent graduates of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was formed to participate in the programme.The programme launch ceremony was attended by representatives of Alato Petroleum senior management including Human Resources Controller, Field Manager and Unit-2 Manager. They congratulated the students on the start of the learning process and wished them success in achieving high academic results.
The training programme for young specialists based on the international standards of the OPITO Oil and Gas Academy has been successfully implemented at Alato Petroleum for 5 years. Within the framework of this programme, more than 200 production operators and equipment maintenance technicians have already been trained and are now fruitfully working at the company’s production facilities.
