Increasing the professional education of chefs, experts, and operators, as well as continuously monitoring the state of the equipment and safe operations throughout the Refinery sectors, are ways to ensure industrial safety. We always strive to lower risks and guarantee the security of everyone who is touched by our activities. By putting standards and policies into place, providing training, spreading awareness, and exchanging information, we aim to enhance occupational health and safety practices and performance throughout our whole organization. A labor safety committee and the Social Representatives Institute at Kazanatoil offer extra oversight for adhering to all safety regulations in their respective fields, in addition to the annual labor safety contract signed by the administration and professional union.

Computer training complexes are installed in the Refinery's hazardous process units to prepare staff for potential emergency scenarios. Additionally, every employee receives training every year on how to save lives in the event of a fire and other catastrophes.In other words, Personnel working at refineries are fully outfitted with protective gear and apparel. Employees at many workshops are outfitted with personal gas analyzers.
All employees of the refinery undergo the medical exams annually. A set of guidelines is followed in order to maintain the health of the refinery staff: People are vaccinated against influenza and other infectious diseases, sent to resort sanatoriums, and given dairy products and dietary meals if they work in dangerous settings.
